Easterseals Southern California, Inc. in Norwalk is seeking a Supervisor for Adult Day Services. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:00 pm, with a starting hourly pay rate of $26.00.

The position emphasizes community-based licensing, HCBS knowledge, and person-centered practices. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in human services, CPR/First Aid, and a clean driving record. The supervisor will lead staff, ensure quality service delivery, and support individuals in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Experience with Community Care Licensing and knowledge of HCBS and person-centered practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operation of assigned services.
• Coordinate intake, assessments, and service delivery.
• Oversee data collection and documentation, including electronic health records.
• Ensure adherence to person-centered standards and licensing requirements.
• Provide training and feedback to associates.
• Assist with policy development and staff scheduling.
