CEREBRAL PALSY is seeking a Program Support Aide in Green Bay to assist the Adult Instructors and PCS team and support the Adult Day Services department. This role involves helping with personal cares and assisting during classes, pool activities, and community outings.

You will prepare rooms, sanitize surfaces, and help with documentation while contributing to program efficiency and safety. A positive attitude and reliable teamwork are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; CNA license preferred.
• Physically able to lift and transfer adults (minimum of 25 pounds).
• Experience and/or training working with adults who have severe disabilities.
• Must have a positive attitude and strong degree of professionalism at all times.
• Established communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Provide assistance with personal cares for clients, including toileting, feeding, drinks/snacks, and dressing.
• Assist Instructors during classes, exercise and pool activities, ROM, PT follow-through, swimming and outings.
• Prepare and arrange rooms, sanitize tables, and clean during lunch periods.
• Monitor and adhere to program and class schedules.
• Sanitize rooms and equipment; perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry and stocking.
• Responsible for timely and accurate documentation: incident, seizure, and behavior reports.
• Attend staff meetings and in-service trainings.
• Provide direction to volunteers during activities and outings.
• Adhere to agency safety policies and procedures.
