Block Institute is seeking a Program Site Supervisor to join the Adult Day Services Leadership Team!
This is a frontline supervisory role within the Adult Day Services program, ideal for a current DSP or Group Leader looking to grow professionally. This position works under the guidance of the Program Coordinator and plays a key role in supporting the daily operations and service delivery within the site.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support the planning and coordination of daily activities, goals, and services within the Adult Day Services program, under the direction of the Program Coordinator.
Assist in observing and assessing the individualized needs of participants, helping to implement personalized service plans and program methodologies.
Participate in annual and as-needed evaluations of individuals’ progress and evolving support needs.
Supervise and provide day-to-day guidance to Group Leaders, ensuring consistent implementation of service plans and smooth facilitation of team meetings.
Support staff development through on-the-job training and ongoing coaching to help meet program goals effectively.
Maintain communication with families, guardians, and other stakeholders as appropriate, with support from the Coordinator.
Ensure accuracy in documentation, including daily attendance and monthly data sheets, in compliance with OPWDD regulations and billing standards.
Promote and model respectful, person-centered interactions in line with Block Institute’s mission and policies.
