• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill-building to individuals served.
• Follow support plans and supervise daily living activities, safety, and community inclusion.
• Administer medication per protocols and physicians' orders.
• Coordinate transportation needs and emergency procedures.
• Complete paperwork and maintain documentation.
• Maintain safe, clean program sites and assist with lunch and bus duties.
• Participate in IDT process and report incidents.
