Job summary

WelbeHealth LLC is seeking a Day Center Supervisor to ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality experience for participants at our day centers. You will guide Personal Care Assistants and Dietary Assistants, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate schedules and services with other teams.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of supervisory healthcare experience, experience with seniors, and a preferred Bachelor's degree.

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• In-depth experience working with seniors in a supportive, engaging environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide Personal Care Assistants and Dietary Assistants, as well as direct day-to-day operations of the day center floor.
• Oversee scheduling efforts for the day center, including staff schedules, day center attendance, and external appointments.
• Partner with Transportation, Engagement, and other applicable teams to coordinate services for participants.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Compensation

Compensation consists of base salary plus bonus. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes a 401(k) match, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad range of additional benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and relevant qualifications.

Compensation Offering $73,255.10 — $96,691.80 USD
