Job summary

WelbeHealth, LLC. is seeking a Day Center Supervisor to ensure a safe, engaging, high-quality experience for participants at our day centers.

You will oversee daily operations, support the day center team, and maintain a welcoming environment that meets participants’ needs. The role sits at the intersection of care delivery and healthcare operations, offering a wide scope of leadership experience within a mission-driven organization serving vulnerable seniors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• In-depth experience working with seniors in a supportive, engaging environment.

• Oversee scheduling for the day center, including staff schedules and attendance.

On the day-to-day, you will:

• Guide Personal Care Assistants and Dietary Assistants, as well as direct day-to-day operations of the day center floor
• Oversee scheduling efforts for the day center, including staff schedules, day center attendance, and external appointments
• Partner with Transportation, Engagement, and other applicable teams to coordinate services for participants
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed

Job requirements include:

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience, in a healthcare environment preferred
• In-depth experience working with seniors in a supportive, engaging environment
