Job summary

The Town of Winchester Recreation Department is seeking enthusiastic Adult Dance Instructors to lead a variety of dance classes for our community. This part-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $35 to $60 per hour.

Whether you teach Ballroom, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop, Salsa, Line Dancing, or another style, you will plan engaging lessons, adapt to all skill levels, and create a welcoming, inclusive environment while collaborating with Recreation staff to grow programming.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead fun, engaging, and welcoming dance classes for adults of all experience levels.
• Teach dance fundamentals, techniques, and choreography in a supportive environment.
• Create an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participants to learn, stay active, and have fun.
• Adapt instruction to accommodate a variety of skill levels and abilities.
• Work with Recreation Department staff to develop and grow exciting dance programming for the community.

The Town of Winchester Recreation Department is seeking enthusiastic, engaging, and dependable Adult Dance Instructors to lead a variety of dance classes for our community. We're looking for instructors with experience in any dance style, including Ballroom, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Line Dancing, Hip Hop, Latin, Swing, Contemporary, Country, Salsa, or other specialty genres. Whether you teach beginners, experienced dancers, or specialty fitness dance classes, we'd love to hear from you!

Competitive Hourly Rate (based on qualifications and experience) $35 - $60/hour
