Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Framingham, MA is seeking an energetic Dance Instructor to teach private and group lessons, helping students reach goals in social dancing, weddings, fitness, and performances.

You will create a welcoming environment, participate in studio events and practice parties, and collaborate with coaches to deliver an established curriculum. Evening and weekend availability are expected, with opportunities for growth and leadership within the studio.

• Build strong professional relationships with students and support their continued progress.
• Continue developing your dance, teaching, customer service, and business skills through ongoing professional training.
• Work some weekday evenings and weekends when studio events are scheduled.

Previous dance or teaching experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in ballroom dance, ballet, jazz, contemporary dance, theater, athletics, hospitality, sales, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
