Location: Paoli, PA

Employer: High Focus Centers

Salary: $53,000 - $56,000 annually

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 1:00pm–9:00pm - Flexible on Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Adult Co-Occurring Clinician to join our evening IOP team. This role involves facilitating group therapy, conducting individual and family sessions, and supporting adults in our co-occurring program with personalized care. Clinicians work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure consistent, high-quality care and client engagement in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) therapy groups for adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions based on client needs and treatment goals.
• Complete clinical assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other clinicians, case managers, and psychiatric providers to support coordinated care.
• Participate in weekly team treatment meetings, insurance reviews, and staff supervision.
• Provide crisis intervention and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for all clients.
• Support program coordination, including scheduling and managing group topics relevant to client needs.
• Uphold ethical and professional boundaries at all times.
  
  

Education & Experience Requirements

• Required: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Preferred: Licensure in Pennsylvania (e.g., LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
• Experience:
• 2+ years of clinical experience working with adults in mental health and/or substance use treatment.
• Preferred experience in co-occurring disorder treatment settings.
• Prior experience in a group facilitation or IOP setting is a plus.
