Job summary

Innovative Hematology in Indianapolis, IN seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Adult Hematologist to join its specialized practice focused on benign hematologic disorders.

The incoming physician will join an eight-member team within a multidisciplinary group, with opportunities to participate in research, education, and teaching, and with a compensation structure that rewards collaboration rather than RVU production.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hematology.
• Fellowship training in Hematology or Hematology/Oncology.
• Interest or experience in adult benign hematology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana.
• Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage adult benign hematology conditions.
• Join an established eight-physician hematology team within a multidisciplinary practice.
