Adult Hematologist – Classical (Non-Malignant) Hematology

Innovative Hematology, Inc. (IHI) is seeking a board-certified or board‑eligible Adult Hematologist with expertise in Classical (Non-Malignant) Hematology to join our nationally recognized comprehensive care team. This is a unique opportunity to practice at one of the nation’s leading centers for benign hematology while contributing to clinical innovation, program development, and academic advancement.

Position Overview

The Adult Hematologist – Classical Hematology will:

• Provide comprehensive care across the spectrum of benign hematologic disorders, including hemostasis, thrombosis, anemia, and complex multisystem conditions
• Participate in and help expand specialized programs within classical hematology, including bleeding disorders, thrombosis, red cell disorders, and women’s health
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of more than 20 physicians and more than 20 advanced practice providers
• Contribute to clinical program development, quality improvement initiatives, and care model innovation
• Participate in shared call responsibilities, including nights and weekends
• Engage in inpatient consultation services through established hospital partnerships

Academic & Research Opportunities

This position offers a strong academic component for candidates interested in:

• Clinical research and participation in multicenter trials

• Medical education, including teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows

Qualifications
