Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field required.
• 1-3 years of experience in mental health, behavioral health, social services, or related setting.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Prior experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of the delivery and quality of supportive living services for assigned consumers.
• Lead consumer service planning, clinical documentation, case management processes, and program operations.
• Ensure services promote independent living skills, community integration, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and support crisis intervention efforts to ensure consumer safety and positive resolutions.
• Coordinate linkage to needed services and community resources per treatment goals.
• Oversee service quality, openings/closings, and PQI initiatives.
