Job summary

Texas Panhandle Centers invites qualified professionals to join the Dumas Adult Behavioral Health team as Case Manager I-III. The role covers both in-home and community-based services in the Dumas area, with a focus on recovery goals for adults 18+ dealing with mental health or substance use challenges.

Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree and progressive case management experience. The position offers full-time employment and a competitive salary in the Texas Panhandle region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or related human services field for QMHP credentialing.
• For Case Manager II, minimum one year of behavioral health case management experience.
• For Case Manager III, minimum two years of behavioral health case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ethical and professional communications using Trauma-Informed Care language.
• Serve as Case Manager/Skills Trainer in the Dumas Adult Behavioral Health program.
• Conduct state-approved assessments and identify recovery goals for adults 18+ with mental health or substance use issues.
• Provide services via phone and face-to-face in home and community settings.
• Directly work with clients at least half the time; collaborate with a multidisciplinary Adult Behavioral Health Team.
