Qualifications

• Ability to plan, organize, and deliver effective instruction to students at varying levels.
• Ability to interpret student assessment results and modify instruction.
• Strong written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and classroom-management skills.
• Maintain accurate records and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective standards-based instruction for adult learners at varying levels.
• Provide instruction in reading, writing, mathematics, and digital literacy as applicable.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans aligned with CCR content standards and program requirements.
• Use assessment data to identify learning needs and guide planning.
• Provide differentiated, small-group, and whole-group instruction to address learning needs.
• Incorporate technology and assist with educational platforms as needed.
