The role works at the Franklin County Domestic Relations Court and supports ACT-DV co-response with law enforcement partners. Responsibilities include risk assessment, coordinating with community resources, documenting referrals, and testifying as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information in a complex hospital and community setting.
• Motivational interviewing skills and knowledge of pathways to safety for survivors.

Responsibilities

• Advocacy, support, and case management for adults at risk of or experiencing interpersonal family violence or IPV.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for risk reduction, safety planning, and legal reporting.
• Coordinate with community resources and document referrals for continuity of care.
• Prepare and provide court testimony and manage subpoenas as directed by legal services.
