As an Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for running targeted campaigns across multiple platforms to generate traffic, leads, and conversions. You’ll work closely with a dynamic team and the CEO, with full access to creative assets, tested strategies, and the flexibility to experiment and optimize. This is a remote-friendly opportunity open to Nigerians, Kenyans or Ghanaians, especially those passionate about digital marketing, data-driven decision-making, and driving measurable growth. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven paid advertising strategies.
  • Manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, Roku, and Amazon Fire Stick.
  • Optimize campaigns to increase conversions while maintaining budget efficiency.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and audience targeting.
  • Ensure compliance with ad policies and platform guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team for ad content production.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising and media buying.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Roku Ads, and Amazon Fire TV Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and other tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and retargeting strategies.
