Google is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer for gTech Ads Sellside in New York. You will own the technical relationship with our largest advertising clients and product partners, leading cross-functional teams across Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies.

You will design and test solutions, analyze data, and guide partners through activation, while balancing business needs with technical constraints. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in technical consulting, troubleshooting, product management, or solution architecture in a customer-facing role.
• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or Applied Science, or related field.
• Experience in ad tech and digital video advertising space.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications and communicate to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as a technical consultant to strategic clients and lead complex partner onboarding with scalable solutions.
• Serve as escalation point for complex issues, identifying root causes and driving improvements.
• Influence technical strategy of sell-side ad tech products and test custom solutions with engineers.
• Conduct end-to-end analysis on large data sets to deliver key insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior members on troubleshooting, activation strategies, and ad tech implementation.
