Job summary

Google's gTech Ads unit seeks an Ad Solutions Engineer in the gAP Engineering team to build and scale tools for strategic large customer partners. You will design cross-product solutions and deliver data-driven, scalable guidance to agencies and partners globally.

Work with Sales, Product and Engineering to translate customer needs into practical solutions, drive adoption across Google's ads stack, and contribute to global best practices. Equity and bonus are part of the package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, HTTP).
6 years of experience coding in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
Experience troubleshooting technical issues for partners or customers.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and build solutions and best practices for agencies and partners globally.
Leverage engineering skills to design and scale complex cross-product solutions.
Collect requirements, provide guidance, best practices, and innovative solutions.
