We’re now hiring an Email Graphic Designer to create visually engaging, conversion-focused email campaigns that drive revenue and retention for our brands.

Your Role

We’re looking for a designer who doesn’t just make things look good—but makes people click. You’ll turn images, product shots, reviews, and headline ideas into direct-response static ad creatives that drive performance.

You’ll work closely with our in-house media buyers and creative strategists to test aggressively, iterate fast, and scale what works

What You’ll Do

  • Design static ads for Meta Ads and Google Ads for our owned ecommerce brands
  • Create 30–50 performance-oriented creatives per week
  • Repurpose images, product shots, reviews, and angles into scroll-stopping visuals
  • Follow proven creative frameworks (we’ll train you)
  • Work async with media buyers and performance leads
  • Iterate on winning creatives using data and feedback
  • Experience designing ads for DTC eCommerce brands
  • Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads best practice
  • Strong portfolio with conversion-first creative examples
  • Speed + quality—tight layout, text hierarchy, visual clarity
  • Proactive mindset and high attention to detail

You’ll be expected to work confidently with tools like Photoshop, Canva, Figma, and Foreplay/Atria, and be comfortable sourcing inspiration using Meta Ad Library and Atria. We also communicate and manage workflows through Slack, Google Drive, ClickUp, and internal systems—so strong organization and async collaboration are essential.
