A leading company is seeking a Product Designer with over 10 years of experience to drive product strategy and tackle complex design challenges. You'll leverage your expertise in enterprise tooling to create intuitive solutions across various platforms. The role involves deep collaboration with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape user experiences from conception to launch.
Job Description: Summary:
Product designer with 10 + years of experience leading product strategy, with fluency in enterprise tooling. You tackle complex design problems that balance understanding of businesses’ needs, technical constraints, and company objectives to define scalable solutions for our users. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills, and you will own the experience for a wide areas across the Meta product.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design simple and intuitive consumer-grade enterprise experiences
• Uphold an exceptional craft bar, moving seamlessly from idea to execution on pixel-level details
• Leverage fast prototyping to demonstrate ideas and land alignment.
• Strategic thinker and able to design scalable solutions across Meta's Family of Apps
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, content designers, and researchers to deliver the user experience from conception until launch
Skills:
• 10 + years of product design experience
• Must be fluent at designing for desktop and mobile enterprise tooling, designing E2E solutions
• Highly proficient in Figma
• Strong prototyper using Figma or other prototyping tools
• An effective communicator and engaging storyteller, conveying complex ideas with clarity and precision
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Experienced at working with cross-functional partners and collaborating with other designers
• Provide URL featuring examples of interaction design work
