Amazon is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Ads Data Systems, Measurement Infrastructure group. You will guide multiple distributed engineering teams, shape long-term technology strategy, and partner with product and program management to deliver scalable advertiser data-sharing and measurement features.

You will work directly with external customers, agencies, and advertisers to understand needs and translate them into robust, scalable analytics and reporting capabilities that support

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of engineering team management experience.
• 10+ years of planning, designing, developing and delivering consumer software experience.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish the organizational vision and multi-year technology strategy for the Ads Data Manager function.
• Lead multiple geographically distributed engineering teams.
• Engage directly with external customers, agencies, and advertisers to understand scaled marketing needs.
• Invent new scaled mechanisms for customers to access and analyze advertising performance data.
• Own multiple public integration systems for advertiser first-party data sharing, ensuring reliability and scalability.
