What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support the configuration and implementation of a new salary non-exempt payroll type
- Update overtime calculation rules to align with revised business requirements
- Assist with the merger of two U.S. entities, including the transfer of approximately 600 employees into the main paycode
- Support the creation and configuration of two new entity paycodes in the system
- Provide guidance on ADP WFN best practices and troubleshoot system issues as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an ADP WFN Consultant, with a strong focus on Payroll and Configuration
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in complex payroll projects, such as paycode creation, mergers, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of U.S. payroll laws and compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in executing PTO configuration updates
- Familiarity with collaboration in cross-functional teams
