Job Purpose:
As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of ADP Lyric modules to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated time frames.


Responsibilities

  • Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
  • Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timelines, and budgets
  • Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrixed organization
  • Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources
  • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting the project.
  • Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through the completion of the project to include managing relationships with third-party vendors
  • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates
  • Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
  • Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects
  • Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner
  • Work on projects of high complexity using a variety of Project methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, Scrum

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven work experience implementing ADP products including PM experience with Lyric modules/products and a 4-year college degree or a combination thereof
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office, must be proficient in Excel
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities
  • Proven negotiation, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Commitment to being accountable for results, both individually and as a team
  • Ability to think independently and make informed decisions
