Job summary
Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Adorn Bar & Restaurant team with efficient, professional service that enhances the guest experience.
You will assist food servers and bartenders, polish glassware, stock the bar, organize the back-of-house area, and help ensure smooth service during early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Fluency in English and a strong work ethic are required.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of operating various electronic systems.
- Service passion for luxury hospitality.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Background in upscale dining with high-volume experience preferred.
- Willingness to provide service to residents, guests and peers.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust priorities.
- Strong work ethic and responsibility for team role.

The Server Assistant is an essential member of the Adorn Bar & Restaurant team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests.
We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position.
The Server Assistant responsible for supporting the dining experiences for guests of Adorn Bar & Restaurant through efficient and professional service.
Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on as need basis, in order to promote team work. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing ofchina, glass, and silver
- Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service
- Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions
- Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge and ability to operate various electronic systems.

- Backgroundin upscale dining with an emphasis on high volume is preferred.
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.

- Strong work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
