Qualifications

• Three years post-qualifying experience in Children's Statutory Social Work.
• Experience with Placement Orders, PLO and care planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain statutory responsibility for children from Placement Order onward.
• Work with RAA Adoption Lancashire & Blackpool to match children to adopters.
• Attend care planning meetings and complete life story documentation.
• Deliver regular training and contribute to quality control for adoption processes.
