Partnership-For-Strong-Families-Inc is seeking an Adoption Program Case Manager to conduct primary and secondary adoption case management for adoption goal children across Circuits 3 and 8. You will provide direct case work, home studies, and coordination of required reports, ensuring timeliness and compliance under applicable policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable field is required.
• CPP certification or CPP eligibility is preferred.
• Must have valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Conduct primary and secondary adoption case management for adoption goal children.
• Perform home studies and coordinate required assessments and subsidy processes.
• Attend court hearings and testify regarding progress toward permanency.
• Maintain documentation and reports in a timely, legally compliant manner.
• Provide adoptive placement services and support transition plans for families.
