BCG Attorney Search in Galveston, TX seeks an Adoption Attorney to lead complex adoption and family law matters with compassionate counsel. You will handle cases from petitions through finalization, deliver clear courtroom advocacy, and coordinate with a dedicated support team.

The ideal candidate has a Texas bar license, several years in Texas Family Law with emphasis on adoption, and proficiency with Clio/TxDoc. This role offers a collaborative environment and a hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years.
• At least 2 years of dedicated Texas Family Law litigation experience, with a strong focus on adoption procedures (5+ years preferred).
• Strong presence in the courtroom and ability to manage a busy docket with care and composure.
• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar drafting and client management software.

Responsibilities
