Job Function: Accounting & Finance

Description
  • Manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
  • Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as their needs change.
  • Maintains consistent quality resident care and service delivery across all shifts; may assume roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide as needed.
  • Supervises licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provides ongoing training and manages staff schedules.
  • Oversees medication training, pharmacy management, and medication administration; conducts periodic medication audits and inventory checks.
  • Shares on-call duties as required.
  • Requires education to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1-2 years of relevant experience; LPN or LVN license preferred.
