Qualifications

Base pay range

$27.00/hr - $27.00/hr

Cibolo Creek is now HIRING a ADON/ Staffing Coordinator to join our professional TEAM! The purpose of this position is to coordinate scheduling of direct care provided by nursing personnel as well as assisting the DON in assessing resident care needs and implementing appropriate action.

Pay: $27.00

Responsibilities

  • Assure adequate nursing staff on hand to cover the current schedules efficiently.
  • Direct and evaluate competencies of nursing assistants.
  • Report residents’ needs and concerns to a licensed nurse.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent is required.
  • Licensed Vocation Nurse in the State of Texas is required.
  • Experience Staffing in a healthcare setting, preferred.
  • Ability to read & write the English language.
  • Must be organized & able to work autonomously.
  • Must be able to maintain excellent working relationships with all nursing staff.
  • Physical & sensory abilities commensurate with position to include but not limited to frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
