Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily healthcare operations to meet residents' healthcare needs.
  • Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as needs change.
  • Maintain consistent quality care across all shifts; may involve assuming roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet staffing needs.
  • Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and manage schedules.
  • Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication administration; conduct periodic audits and inventory checks.
  • Share on-call duties as required.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary state nursing licenses (LPN/LVN or RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Hold an LPN or LVN license.
