Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our family in Texas. This licensed nurse will support the Director of Nursing with the facility's clinical management and work to build a high-performing team focused on resident and family needs.

You will lead daily operations, ensure quality care and compliance, and collaborate with leadership to uphold our Your Voice culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Nurse License.
• Valid CPR Certification.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar healthcare setting.
• Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention.
• Knowledge of long-term care standards as per Federal Register, CoPs and State regulations.
