Responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and delivering quality nursing care to diverse age groups.

1. Supervises LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff, and may serve as charge nurse.
2. Develops, reviews, and updates comprehensive nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
3. Implements patient care, prioritizing based on acuity, and documents procedures accurately.
4. Evaluates patient responses, progress toward goals, and revises plans as needed.
5. Provides patient and family education, acts as a role model, and mentors new staff.
6. Maintains effective communication, documents patient conditions, and reports safety concerns.
7. Requires a BSN (preferred), 6 months to 1 year RN experience, BLS certification, and RN license in the state.
8. Work schedule is 7AM-7PM, full-time.
