Job Overview

As an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), you will manage daily healthcare operations, ensure residents receive respectful, quality care, and supervise licensed nursing staff. You will also oversee medication management and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare operations and meet residents' healthcare needs.
• Supervise nursing staff, provide training, and manage schedules.
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication audits.
• Share on-call duties as needed.
• Maintain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and relevant experience.
