Position Summary

The Assistant Director of Nursing assists the Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Service Department, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining high-quality care, and overseeing respiratory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Current RN license or LPN license (if allowed by state)
• Effective communication skills in English
• Ability to follow instructions and demonstrate good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with team members and maintain safety standards

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory healthcare role, preferably in long-term care
• Leadership skills and experience with respiratory units (preferred)

Shift & Wage

• Shift: 3pm-11pm
• Wage: Up to $35/hour
