This full-time day position offers a salary range of $115,000–$125,000 annually and focuses on quality resident care, staff development, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
