Base pay range: $28.00 - $35.66/hour, determined by skills and experience. Role eligible for team-based bonuses. Temporary associates may participate in 401(k). Veterans, transitioning military, and spouses are encouraged to apply, with support for naturalization fees.

Responsibilities

1. Manage daily healthcare operations to meet residents' needs.
2. Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as needs change.
3. Maintain consistent quality of care across shifts; may assume caregiving roles as needed.
4. Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, Caregivers; provide ongoing training and manage schedules.
5. Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and audits per Brookdale guidelines.
6. Share on-call duties as required.
7. Obtain and maintain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and have 1-2 years relevant experience.
8. Hold an LPN or LVN license.
