Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily healthcare operations to meet residents' healthcare needs.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as needs change.
• Maintain consistent quality care across shifts; may assume caregiver or med tech/aide roles to meet staffing needs.
• Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers; provide ongoing training and education, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training; manage staff schedules.
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision, including periodic skills inventory checks and audits per Brookdale guidelines.
• Share on-call duties as required.
• Obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) with at least 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Hold an LPN or LVN license.

$26.60 - $33.88 per hour
