Base pay range is determined by experience and skills. Role includes team-based bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily healthcare operations to meet resident needs.
  • Ensure respectful, dignified treatment and quality care as needs evolve.
  • Maintain consistent care quality across shifts; may assume caregiver or Med Tech duties as needed.
  • Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers; provide ongoing training and manage schedules.
  • Oversee medication management, conduct periodic audits, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Share on-call duties as required.
  • Obtain and maintain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN); minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • Hold an LPN or LVN license.
