Lutheran Home & Health Services, part of the Illuminus Community, is seeking an ADON to join their Assisted Living community located at 244 N Macy St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. Established in 1936, we serve the families of Fond du Lac and surrounding areas, providing assisted living, skilled nursing, and short-term rehab services. We uphold Christian values that emphasize care for the mind, body, and spirit.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services
• Control and evaluate nursing care to meet residents' needs
• Supervise shift care and management
• Participate in in-service training and orientation programs
• Coordinate care planning
• Infection Prevention responsibilities for both Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facilities

Job Details

• Full-time, Day Shift

Requirements
