Livingston Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Columbia County, NY, is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. You will support the Director of Nursing, oversee daily operations, and guide our dedicated nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to residents.

The right candidate leads by example, communicates effectively, and fosters staff development while ensuring regulatory compliance and a patient-centered approach in a 120-bed skilled

Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Interest in geriatrics and flexible schedule are important.

Responsibilities

• Assist the DON in managing nursing operations and maintaining quality of care.
• Support regulatory compliance and effective communication across nursing staff.
• Help meet the medical and clinical needs of all residents.

Livingston Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our dynamic team. About the Role:

The ADON works closely with the Director of Nursing to support daily operations, ensure high standards of care, and lead and educate our nursing team. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and confident in guiding and empowering staff at all levels.
