Job summary

The Ridge RTC in Milton, New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents facing mental health challenges. You will work within a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure effective treatment and aftercare.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and experience in a clinical setting. The role offers a competitive salary between $75,000 and $95,000, along with comprehensive benefits including a 401k with a match, paid time off, and continuing education assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a clinical mental health or behavioral health setting.
• Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults.
• Experience providing individual, family, and/or group therapy.

Responsibilities
