BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers at Jefferson Campus in Brooklyn, NY invites an Adolescent Wellness Coordinator for a hybrid school-based and community health role. You will bridge students, healthcare providers, and community partners to advance health equity, coordinate SBHC outreach and enrollment, and deliver engaging wellness education and youth leadership activities.

Qualifications include an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), 2+ years in community health or youth services, and

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in community healthcare, youth services, or reproductive health.
• Experience in teen leadership or peer education programs is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse communities.
• Willingness to work some evenings and travel locally.

Responsabilidades

• SBHC outreach, enrollment, and campus health campaigns.
• Design and deliver health promotion workshops and events.
• Coordinate youth leadership development and internship program involvement.
