Job summary

Ambrosia Behavioral Health is hiring a Primary Adolescent Therapist to provide comprehensive clinical care to adolescents. You will conduct individual, group, and family therapy per a written treatment plan and coordinate services for patient care, including crisis intervention.

Strong communication and documentation skills are essential. The role requires a Master’s degree in counseling, social work or related field, 1–2 years of adolescent and outpatient experience, and the ability to pass a

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work or related human services field.
• 1–2 years of experience with adolescents.
• 1–2 years of experience in outpatient, day treatment, residential and/or hospital setting.
• Excellent understanding of family systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
• Health insurance with no deductible or co-pay.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents as per treatment plan.
• Coordinates services for patient care and crisis intervention.
• Communicates clinical information to patient, family, group, and staff.
• Completes documentation according to company and regulatory requirements.
• On-call responsibility on a rotating schedule with clinicians.
