Job summary

Momentum Centers in Las Vegas, NV seeks a compassionate licensed therapist to provide individual, family and group therapy for adolescents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure holistic care.

The Primary Therapist will document sessions, uphold HIPAA, engage families, participate in case conferences, and respond to crises with risk assessments and safety planning. In-person, full-time or part-time roles with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Current state licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of adolescent therapy experience, preferably in residential/hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy to adolescents.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists.
• Document sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes with HIPAA compliance.
• Engage families with education and support; conduct family therapy as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments; contribute to safety planning.
