Job summary

Boys Town in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a licensed mental health professional to provide comprehensive evaluations and ongoing psychotherapy for adolescents and their families under supervision. You will serve as primary therapist for individual, family, and group sessions, tailoring treatment plans to clinical needs and coordinating with the care team.

The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant field, a PLMHP license in Nebraska, and at least two years of adolescent/ family experience.

Qualifications

• M.A. or M.S. in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adolescents and families required.
• Provisionally licensed mental health practitioner in the state of Nebraska (PLMHP).

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and assessments for adolescents referred or selected in relation to their use of alcohol or other drugs under supervision.
• Provide individual and/or family psychotherapy services under supervision of a Licensed Practitioner.
• Serve as the primary therapist for individual and/or family psychotherapy and lead group sessions with curricula.
• Collaborate with treatment team and attend meetings to review progress and recommendations.
• Engage in supervision and training and participate in quality improvement processes.
