The Adolescent Social Worker provides quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to all patient populations and their families while serving as a member of the interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy, ensuring the delivery of quality treatment to patients and their families. The Adolescent Social Worker participates as a member of the treatment team in developing treatment plans and communicates pertinent information to family, payer, and/or external case managers.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Master's degree in behavioral health field (e.g., Counseling, Social Work, Psychology) required
  • Current HWC and CPR Certification
  • Current Tennessee Driver's License
  • TN SW Licensure and NASW membership preferred
  • 2 years' experience in Mental Health preferred
