Job summary

Partners In Recovery LLC is seeking a House Therapist to provide professional counseling at a behavioral health residential facility in Peoria, AZ. The role focuses on individual, family, and group therapy, with emphasis on adolescents and coordination with the Clinical Director and care team.

The position requires a Master’s degree in counseling or psychology and state licensure. 10-bed facility experience is preferred; schedule and location details will be assigned at hire.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, or related licensable field.
• Current state licensure or licensure eligibility as a therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in behavioral health.
• Experience with adolescents preferred.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy at a 10-bed behavioral health residential facility.
• Conduct initial evaluations, progress evaluations, and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with family/guardians on treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director and other leadership; maintain confidentiality.
