The role requires providing therapy within a small interdisciplinary team and documenting services per standards. Qualified candidates hold a master's degree in social work or counseling, are licensed, and have 2+ years of psych experience post-master’s.

Qualifications

• Masters in Social Work or Counseling required.
• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.) required.
• CPR/BLS certification may be required based on site staffing needs.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience with adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents in an outpatient setting.
• Work within a small, interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care as ordered by a physician.
• Document all completed services in compliance with standards and regulations.
• Demonstrate understanding of adolescent mental health assessment and evidence-based practices.
