Job summary

Evolve Treatment Centers is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for our adolescent residential center in Encinitas, CA. This full-time, on-site role involves providing individual and family therapy, conducting biopsychosocial and risk assessments, and coordinating discharge planning with the treatment team.

The position requires CA licensure or eligibility (AMFT/ACSW/LPCC or LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) and successful LiveScan background clearances.

Qualifications

• Must hold AMFT/ACSW/APCC or licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPCC in California.
• Must be able to pass LiveScan background checks and clear federal and state checks.

Responsibilities

• Act as point-person for each client and family during treatment.
• Provide individual and family therapy weekly.
• Facilitate groups and complete group notes in medical records.
• Orient new clients and caregivers to treatment and program structure.
• Create comprehensive treatment plans and monitor progress.
