Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to two residential programs and ensure quality, clinical excellence, and safety.
• Provide clinical supervision to unlicensed staff per BBS requirements.
• Lead tours for families and support Primary Therapists in family work.
• Maintain behavioral and skills-based clinical approach aligned with Evolve's mission.
• Facilitate Treatment Team meetings, trainings, mentorship, and distribute notes.
